What if my mom isn't home when the flowers are delivered?

If your mom isn't home when the flowers arrive, don’t worry, we’ve got a few ways to make sure your gift still gets to her safely. Our florists will first look for a secure, shaded place to leave the arrangement, this might be a porch, entryway, or tucked corner near the door. In both cases, we leave a delivery note so she knows where to find the flowers. If none of those work, we’ll bring the bouquet back to the shop and contact you (or her) to coordinate a redelivery. During checkout, there's a spot to leave special instructions, like where to leave it, a gate code, or whether it's okay to leave with a neighbor. Adding a quick note there helps a lot, especially on busy delivery days.

On top of that, we offer same-day flower delivery in most areas, which comes in handy when you’re ordering last minute but still want it to feel like you planned ahead. A lot of places ship flowers in a box. We don’t. We deliver them already arranged, already beautiful, and ready to brighten up her space the second she opens the door.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific time?

We offer delivery windows but not exact clock times mostly because we want to make sure your flowers arrive fresh, not rushed. If there’s a specific need (like morning delivery before your mom leaves for the day), we recommend placing your order early and adding that request to the delivery notes. We’ll do our best to make it happen. That said, our florists usually deliver between late morning and early evening. And yes, we do deliver on Mother’s Day Sunday, just make sure to get the order in early because that day fills up fast.

What if I need to make changes to my order after placing it?

Sometimes you need to tweak a delivery address, change the card message, or switch out the arrangement, and we tottaly get that. If you need to make a change, just reach out as soon as you can. The sooner we know, the more likely we can adjust before the florist starts designing. Mother’s Day is one of our busiest times of the year, so timing matters.
