What’s the best time to order my wedding flowers?

What areas do you deliver to?

Our goal is to ensure that everything looks flawless and is ready well ahead of time, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We’ll coordinate with the venue staff if needed, and you can rest assured that the floral décor will be arranged exactly as planned.

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

To make sure everything is just right, we recommend booking your flowers 6 to 8 months ahead of your wedding day. However, if your wedding is coming up sooner, give us a call! We’ll do our best to work with your timeline.

Do you offer same-day delivery for wedding flowers?

For weddings, we usually plan everything well in advance to make sure your flowers are perfect. But if you need something last-minute, we can often accommodate same-day delivery on smaller orders. Let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I bring my own vases or decorations?

Yes, absolutely! We’re happy to incorporate your own vases, vessels, or décor pieces into your floral design. Many couples have heirloom items, handmade pieces, or unique containers that hold personal meaning and we love finding creative ways to include them. When you bring your own décor, we’ll discuss how to best integrate it with your overall vision to make sure everything feels cohesive and intentional. Just let us know in advance, ideally in your consultation, what you plan to provide so we can plan accordingly.

What happens if a specific flower I want isn’t available?

While we do everything we can to source your preferred choices, flower availability can depend on seasonal and global supply factors. If something becomes unavailable, we’ll substitute with similar flowers that match your style, color palette, and overall design aesthetic - always with your approval and always with the same level of quality.

What’s included in your wedding flower consultation?

Your consultation is really a chance for us to get to know you, your style, your story, and what you’re envisioning for your wedding day. We’ll chat about your venue, the vibe you’re going for, favorite flowers (and ones you don’t love), and any special details you want to include.

We’ll also go over your budget and talk through ideas for bouquets, centerpieces, installations, etc. The consultation is also a great time for you to tell us anything and everything that you want, and to get all the details in. From there, we’ll put together a proposal based on everything we’ve talked about. This proposal will include the final price and tax including delivery and setup.

Please note we will still keep in close contact with you throughout, and you can reach out to us up to two weeks ahead of the wedding day if anything changes.
